In my opinion the best restaurant food in Lethbridge is at a place called Miro Bistro - it s spicy middle European cooking, but if you like what he makes, you ll love how he makes it. Some people just have the gift, and he s one of them.On one wall there s a poster by Joan Miro - a poster I see as summarising an entire set of possible futures unfolding from the deals between Microsoft and Linux vendors.
